Volunteer Application

PLEASE READ AND CONFIRM: In consideration of volunteering for the Hidden Hill Rally event, I DO HEREBY for myself, my executors and administrators WAIVE, RELEASE and FOREVER DISCHARGE any and all rights and claims for damages, including any claims of loss, damages or injury to my person or property arising from my volunteer work for the Hidden Hill Rally, the owners of any event sites, any volunteers, their agents, representatives successors. I have read this waiver and knowing these facts I hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, or anyone else who might claim on my behalf, covenant not to sue and waive, release and discharge volunteers, suppliers, agents, employees, and other personnel in any way assisting or connected with the events from any and all claims or liability of any kind or nature whatsoever arising out of my participation, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the Hidden Hill Rally event.
